A Water Horse from the beliefs of the people of the Shetland Islands of Scotland. They have a tail that is curled into a circle and a green mane. Like the Kelpie and Each Uisge they tempt riders to mount them and anyone foolish enough to do so is taken by the horse into the depths of the sea or lake. However when the Neugle jumps into the water it is surrounded by a blue and brilliant flame. Neugles also stop water wheels from turning as they see it as their job to cause movements in water.
