This creature is simply the head of a lion from which a string of pearls comes from its mouth. It has bushy eyes brows and a huge mane. Shiva in a fit of rage created the creature which came from his forehead. The beast demanded food from Shiva who said he should eat himself which he did leaving only his head. His intestines turned into a string of pearls.
