An ancient Emperor of China that ruled in the third age (2852 to 2738 BC). He had the lower-half of a serpent and the upper-half of a human. Sometimes he is seen with a horned bull’s head. His wife was Nu-Kwa who had the same appearance. The taught people civilised skills such as architecture and the arts.
