The son of the Dragon King of the Sea, this Chinese Dragon had the tail of a carp and could speak the human language. When a fisherman caught him, he was astonished that the beasts could talk when the Dragon-Carp pleaded to be set free. The fisherman agreed and the Dragon-Carp blessed the fisherman so that he was always returned home every day with plenty of fish.
