Household spirits of Slavic tradition. They are similar to Brownie in that they stay with one owner and do all the chores around their house of which they are paid with a saucer of milk or some bread. They are very friendly and helpful but if you anger them they will cause many problems such as misplacing items, making clean things dirty and playing tricks. If infuriated with an individual they will murder them by sitting on their face while their victim sleeps to suffocate them to death. If they are seen playing music on a comb then this is a fortuitous omen that marriage will soon happen. If they are disturbed then this will affect the house itself.
