The Lord of all Animals and Fish, Desana is a Dwarf drenched in the juices of enchanted plants. He can transform into a fish, squirrel, lizard or jaguar. He is believed by the Amazonian Indians who consult Desana through a Shaman to strike a deal before going on a hunt. When game animals are taken the hunters after death will be reincarnated as animals which maintain the balance of life.
