Buraq

With the body and ears of a donkey but with face of a human with a peacocks tail and wings, the Buraq was the mount for Mohammed when he flew from Mecca to Jerusalem. It is pure white but its mane and wings glitter with jewels and has perfume breath. It travels at an alarming rate across the sky. This beast is also the mount of Gabriel and some claim that it is able to speak the human language.
