These are Demons from modern day Greece that are made of air and thus they remain unseen by mortal eyes. Although invisible the Aerika are known to temporarily posses human form. They are similar to but not the same as the Aerico of Albania. The Aerika are responsible for spreading diseases such as plagues and malaria. However some Aerika are kind creatures. The name Aerika comes from the Greek ‘aer’ which means 'air'. Thus their name roughly translates to 'of the air'.
